I use incredimail for my emails , i in a minute can merely receive emails but cannot distribute any what have gone wrong?

when i write an email , and press dispatch this error message comes up

Any of the following settings are the most likely cause:



POP3 server

SMTP server

Username

Password
Check the setting if that isn't it reload.
