The computer is from the 90's, perchance '96. I was wondering if it could still be upgraded a touch bit. Also, is there anywhere I could purchase some of the mounting that go into the back of the computer foot? Some of the screws enjoy broken off on the wager on so I cannot plug the cord in that go from the base to the peak......

yeah lot's of things can be done, you shuld be able to upgrade using used parts, cheap and trouble-free to do, you should also be able to find mounting for the posterior, just call on a used computer store, if you want to know what you can specifically update; repost question beside computer specs
Mounting screws for the video port are cheap and can be found at most any computer center, as for the computer, it is other possible to restore and upgrade it, but it really depends on how much is wrong with it very soon.
