No, it doesn't. This motherboard uses the 186 pin DDR 400 instead of 240 pin DDR2 memory. Also, even though it is a socket 775 mobo, it will not know how to support a Core 2 Duo cpu. This is most likely due to the withdrawal of bandwidth that DDR400 memory can provide in comparison to DDR2
