Aida32 and Everest home edition are 2 nearly tantamount free programs (in fact I reason they were made by matching company) that will tell you anything you could ever stipulation to know about your hardware.
Note: Both these programs enjoy been discontinued, but that doesn't connote you can't still find them. Just google either of them, they're out at hand
