contained by my usb disk (data traveller) there is write protection sign i can't copy wallet or delete it. there other write protection sign that i must remove it but i can find it.i try to format but the sign still exist in my usb disk. please somebody comfort me.cause it noteworthy for my education.

Just slide the write protect switch surrounded by the other direction to turn off write-protect. It's a hugely small switch at the side.
