Is it okay to put a coup¨| coolant contained by a PC wet cooling system?

I have need of to get some coolent for my marine cooling system in my notebook, and i wanted to know if it is ok to put a vehicle coolant in a computer's cooling system. If not, what is the best coolant I can buy that costs smaller amount. Thanks

Hi. I use PC Ice but it costs more. Non-conductive though so a leak won't blow the system. Distilled wet with a touch of anti-algae is probably the cheapest. Never use touch water! Auto coolant is designed to prevent freezing, which will not be a problem within a liquid cooled PC. Good luck! And procure a good pump!
It is even better to pour it directly onto the processor. That will cool it down surrounded by a HURRY! A firehose also works, but stop before you flood your Mom's vault or she might get nutty.
yes just trade name sure it's made with Propylene glycol, and not Ethylene glycol.

Ethylene glycol is poison to children and animals.
