Installing Operating System?

I own a Intel D865GLC motherboard, and just only just built a computer with this

I am trying to install an operating system near a hard drive that use to hold an operating system on it, and still does, but i put it into this new one i built

When i try to pop contained by the disk to load the Setup menu ont he OS Disk

it say ERROR LOADING OPERATING SYSTEM

I've tried changing the Priority boot decree but everything i do says alike thing??

How do i attain this with a contemporary working operating system ?

Installing Operating System?

Probably best to get a DOS boot floppy beside Fdisk and re-format yr drive first. Then you will be able to boot beside the OS disk as first on the BIOS list and install successfully. I'm assuming yr OS disk isn't dilapidated?
you may have wrong jersey settings
Error loading operating system means that it's not at adjectives booting from the CD/DVD. If you're sure the boot order is set to boot from compact disc first, then your compact disc might be damaged, or it's a burned backup and doesn't own the right boot files, or something of that nature. I do know that error loading operating system is not an error you would receive while trying to boot from the CD.
Format the drive first on another gadget !
