i use near this motherboard ive got a 400 watt power supply and 1.5 see of ram 250 see hardrive just dont know how much bigger of a processor i can use on this board

This mATX motherboard supports AMD Duron, Athlon XP and Sempron Socket A processors beside 266/333/400 MHz FSBs.
I would just keep hold of the processor you got because at hand isnt anything that much better that will fit. An XP 3200 I guess would fit but they are hard to find immediately and not much performance increase over what you get.
