No. With any error correcting software you may enjoy a backup each time you run it. The merely reason you involve them is if you want to undo what the software did. If your system is running fine, you can delete the backup. The errors won't come back but you won't be capable of restore to the previous settings if you wanted to.
Note that as far as in your favour space, Windows also creates uninstall files for all its patch. Unless you plan to uninstall one (something that end users once in a blue moon do) you can delete these as well.
For files such as these (and also for log files) I across the world figure that if I haven't used them within a month I probably will never use them. for sale by owner house
