Even if you don't know the chip no, you should still know how to call up HCL Customer Desk. Ask them the details of the chip-set shipped near this PC. Having figured this out, jump to http://www.driverguide.com. Enter your specification and download the relevant driver for your motherboard.
get the serial or model of your motherboard, it other printed out on top of the mobo and jump to the website of your motherboard manufacturer. go through for the model/serial of your motherboard on that site, you should be able to download the drivers.
Hey check for your warranty if it is 3 yrs ask HCL as they can messages the drivers to you also in a compact disc and that is ofcourse free of cost if not if you wish to play some tricks afterwards you can go for.. as you will not bring the drivers for

1. Note down your Motherboard chip number, Modem(if any).

2. Search drivers around the web (Google) or may try to find out on www.driverguide.com.
