I hold window vista, and my CPU usage go up to 100% every time i try to play a hobby......?

is their anyway i can generate it not max out? even when i dont have any other programs spread out it will, is there a program that can do anything to kind it better?

Next it's according to how good (or desperate the cpu is), and how much memory you have.

Win Vista really requires 2GHZ or faster cpu, 2gb of run into, and a good directx9 or better video card.

It would give support to knowing what game and what you do enjoy in the system.
