See if Event Viewer have recorded a problem.

May be its hardware problem and slot is unfixed or dusty this toot sound comes up mostly happen with RAM or any extra driver which you own installed in hardware , check it adjectives are fixed well. And if you can CHK disk once for adjectives drives bad sector can be fix.
