clutch the side off of the bag and look to see if the fan is spinning when the computer is running. If it isn't a short time ago replace the fan. They are pretty moduler and come within standard sizes and connectors. A fan replacement is a totally easy and breakneck repair.
If you know how, you can try and open up (very carefully) the skin of this computer. Check to see something has fall in or is somehow jamming the Fan.
Better still you could simply enjoy Dell look at it to see what is wrong.

Which fan? A bag fan is simple to replace and inexpensive. A CPU supporter is a little more involved. You must unlatch the lover from the top of the CPU, unplug it from the mobo. Use Arctic Silver thermal grease when you install a new CPU supporter. That provides better heat verbs between the heatsink and the CPU, which promotes better cooling.
